When Lee Iacocca and Ford unveiled the Mustang to an unsuspecting public on April 17, 1964 there were hints that the new car would be popular, but nobody was prepared for the stampede that followed. Millions of Mustangs have since touched tens of millions of lives, placing Ford's phenomenon very close to the heart of American car culture. Performance regained its importance during the 1980's, and by the time that this 1993 Ford Mustang Convertible was built the 5.0L Mustang had earned a fierce reputation on both the street and at the track. Our Vibrant White (WB) '93 is another feature car, a rare (1500 V. White) package that offered unique trim on highly optioned cars. Beneath the hood is the iconic 5.0L V8, a strong and reliable gem with plenty of aftermarket support. Additional features include power rack and pinion steering, power front disc brakes, power windows, power door locks, power top, air conditioning, 4-speed automatic transmission with O/D, 3.27 Traction-Lok rear axle, white leather upholstery (CZ), cruise control, AM/FM/Cassette stereo, and fresh tires (235/55R16) wrapped around special painted alloy wheels.
